The Daly HSA and the Playground Committee have been hard at work in their efforts to upgrade the playgrounds at Daly. At the moment the committee is working on the site preparation plans and equipment design
for the new playground on Avenue C.

A large part of this project is raising the funds needed to get the playground renovation underway. We are currently running a pledge drive where families can buy personalized bricks and other items that will be placed in the new playground.

Last summer two new pieces of equipment were installed in the existing playground. The children are thoroughly enjoying the new stepping stones and the bubble climbing wall. We would like to thank the Daly Paraprofessionals for their generous donation, from the proceeds of the Talent Show, to the Playground Fund. We would also like to thank a Daly parent, Robert Scaffidi, for his help in obtaining the bubble climbing wall for us at cost.

The committee is always looking for volunteers and great ideas to raise money for this important project. From lemonade stands to large events, equipment purchase and installation assistance, we would really appreciate all help.
